"My passion for movement began through my background in professional dance and has continued throughout my career as a Physiotherapist. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the way our bodies move, adapt, and support us through every stage of life.
Â
I lead an active lifestyle and genuinely love helping people connect with their bodies, build confidence in movement, and discover just how capable they really are. Whether you're stepping onto a reformer or mat for the first time, returning to exercise after an injury, returning post-partum or looking to challenge yourself in a new way, I believe everyone can benefit from understanding their body a little better and moving in a way that you enjoy.Â
Â
My approach combines clinical knowledge with a love of movement, creating classes that are supportive, enjoyable, and empowering. I aim to help clients feel stronger, move more freely, and leave each session with a greater sense of confidence in themselves and their abilities.
Â
For me, Pilates, both reformer and mat, is about so much more than exercise—it's an opportunity to learn, grow, and appreciate the power we all have within our own bodies.
Nothing brings me more joy than seeing someone discover newfound strength, confidence, or freedom in their movement. I look forward to supporting you on your own journey and helping you realise just how much your body is capable of."Â

Growing up with a background in dance, I developed a strong understanding of movement, strength, and body awareness. I began teaching dance at 18 and quickly discovered how rewarding it is to help people achieve things they never thought possible.
This passion for teaching naturally led me to Pilates, where I enjoy supporting both dancers and non-dancers in building strength, improving mobility, and finding enjoyment in movement. My teaching style blends classical and contemporary across both Reformer and Mat Pilates, creating classes that combine strength, control, and creativity.
Whether you're trying Pilates for the first time or have years of experience, I believe it can be adapted to suit every individual. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in both your body and yourself.

"I’m a STOTT Pilates certified instructor with a background in biomedical science and dental surgery, which has shaped the way I approach movement, posture, and overall wellbeing. Studying the human body in both scientific and clinical settings has given me a strong appreciation for how important efficient movement and alignment are in everyday life.

My own experience with Pilates has also deeply influenced the way I teach. After growing up dancing, I developed movement patterns such as anterior pelvic tilt and hyperextended knees that affected my posture and the way my body moved for years. Through Pilates, I was able to better understand my body, improve my alignment, and build strength and control in a more balanced way. This personal journey reinforced for me just how effective mindful movement and Pilates can be in improving both posture and overall body function.

I’m passionate about helping people move with greater awareness, control, and confidence. My classes focus on good form, posture, and mindful movement, with the aim of helping clients build strength in a way that feels balanced, sustainable, and supportive to their bodies. I always aim to create a welcoming environment where clients can move safely, feel challenged, and enjoy the process of getting stronger.Â
Â
I believe Pilates is not about perfection or pushing through movement mindlessly, but about understanding your body better and creating movement patterns that help you feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to yourself. I’ve been teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates for nearly a year now, alongside my full-time role in Human Resources.
Â
After attending Pilates classes for years, I decided to take the leap and become an instructor myself. Pilates has had such a positive impact on my life, and I love being able to share that with others.
Â
I love creating challenging classes that encourage people to step out of their comfort zones and seeing clients grow in strength and confidence week after week. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching clients achieve things they didn’t think was possible and celebrating those wins with them.
Â
My aim is to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they walk through the door, whether they’re completely new to Pilates or have years of experience. I strive to create a supportive environment where people can learn, challenge themselves, try new things, and build lasting relationships with others in the class.
Â
Outside of Pilates, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends or with my dog Molly, training in the gym, travelling, or trying out a new foodie spot ideally with a mojito in hand!Â

"Following ACL reconstruction surgery, I discovered Pilates as a supportive and empowering way to reconnect with movement. Through my own recovery journey, I experienced the physical and mental benefits of mindful movement and now love helping others do the same.
Â
My classes focus on creating a welcoming environment where clients can connect with their bodies, explore the breath-core connection, and move with confidence. Pilates offers an opportunity to step away from the stresses of daily life, prioritise your wellbeing, and show appreciation for everything your body can do.
Â
Alongside teaching Pilates, I work full-time as a vascular scientist. My background in anatomy, physiology, and clinical practice influences the way I teach, with classes designed to build strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and functional movement. Whether you're completely new to Pilates, managing a pre-existing condition, or looking to progress your practice, I can adapt sessions to suit your individual needs and goals.
Â
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I have over 15 years of experience playing tennis and have also competed in netball, rugby, and the occasional HYROX event. Living an active lifestyle has helped build my confidence, and I'm passionate about supporting others on their own journey. I love the sense of community that comes from moving together, encouraging one another, and celebrating progress in all its forms, and I hope to bring that same feeling to every class I teach."
