Located in Woodplumpton, just north of Preston, Lock and Flow Studio offers small group Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates in a calm welcoming environment. With just five clients in each reformer class, our instructors can provide the individual attention and support you need to move confidently and get the most from every session.
