Cancellation Policy
1. Class Cancellations (Booking Policy) Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted. This policy ensures fairness due to limited reformer availability (5 reformers per class).
